Order and Pay Here - Cancellation Policy

Once you have paid for your class, please email me at the Employee Names, Drivers License Number ,Phone number - I will only call them if they don't show up for class  and email address. Once I receive your payment I will fill out the Registration paperwork for you (I figure you are busy enough:)) I will send you a Trainee Information Sheet to pass along to the employee taking the class and/or exam . 

 There are no refunds, however you will remain in our system for six months (or more upon approval) to schedule your class and exam.
